So maybe its that I have the windmill in shape sections and when the viewer clicks on that shape it will change in to a picture with a title ei. MAP and then that shape will make the structure, boarder for the portal! Or maybe thats part of the logo, different sections get added until the pinwheel is formed and then it starts spinning. www.behance.net
