Signal Box is a project of Hobart City Council's Public Art program which provides community organisations and individuals an opportunity to celebrate Hobart's creativity and diversity by painting an original artwork on a traffic signal box. 20 boxes per year over two years will be painted by individuals and groups in the Hobart CBD. The first year's boxes have been allocated to 12 Hobart community organisations and the remaining 8 were advertised to the public in October 2010. As boxes are painted images will be displayed here.
